Christmas Tree Stars

It’s that time of year again where all families we’ve supported are invited to remember their loved ones by writing a message on one of our special memorial stars, to be displayed on our Christmas trees.

If you would like to add a message to our trees please fill out the form below and we will write your special message on one of our stars to be placed on the tree during December.

If you want to hand write a personal message, pop into one of our branches. You can add your personalised tribute right up until 23rd December.
